1. Physical fitness 
a) Warming up.
b) Dips.
c) Stomach crunches.
d) Cool down.
e) Stamina.
f) Flexibility.
g) Kime (Power).

 

2. Basics 
a) Dachi (Stances):- 1- Musubi 2- Heisoku 3- Heiko 4- Uchi hachi/Soto hachi 5- Kiba 8- Zenkutsu
b) Zuki (Punches) :- 1- Chudan 2- Jodan 3- Gedan 4- Oei/Kizami 5- Gyaku 6- Ippon 7- Nihon 8- Sanbon.
c) Uke (Blocks) :- 1- Soto ude 2- Chudan uchi 3- Jodan age 4- Gedan .
d) Geri (Kicks) :- 1- Mai

 

3. Kihon 
a) Oei Zuki Zenkutsu dachi.
b) Gedan uke, Gyaku Zuki Zenkutsu dachi.
c) Mai Geri Chudan /Jodan Zenkutsu dachi.

 

4. Kumite
a) Nil

 

5. Kata
a) Taikokyu-shodan

 

6. Theory (Oral & Written test)
a) Ten (10) counts in Japanese
b) Name of basic, stances (Dachi), Blocks (Uke), Kicks (Geri), Strikes (Uchi).
c) Explain in details of Stances, Blocks, Kicks and Strikes.
